Spectrum Research's SAMS (Structure Assembly Made Easy) program has been gaining in popularity, with the most recent being the purchase of additional SAMS licenses by Wyeth Research. SAMS has been showcased in a poster at the 230th American Chemical Society National Meeting, describing the benefits of using SAMS with spectroscopic data to rule out alternative structures not previously conceived of by the analyst.
